I wanted to get as authentic as I could with these Spiritual Baths, using real authentic herbs used in Mexican folk limpia cleansing baths.....but in a way I could bag it and with a modern twist. Real spiritual baths aren't always pretty, they don't usually smell great and they can end up being murky and green. My baths have the NEEDED herbs to get the job done! Along with potent herbs, Epsom salts with essential oils and flowers.

The Cleansing/Protection Bath
This bath is to help remove all negativity that has attached itself to you, either your own created negativity or sent to you. This helps clear and remove any negative energies as well as Jinxs and light hexes sent to you. It also is a protection bath. This will protect you from negativity and anyones ill intentions sent your way as well from negative entities if you are doing witchcraft.

REMEMBER YOU MUST SET YOUR INTENTIONS.

There are a few ways people take spiritual baths. One being, they put the mix in a filled tub, soak in it and set intentions. How ever, the best way to do this is to put the mix in a large bowl of room temperature water, you can add cut up lemons and limes, and Florida water into the bowl as well for cleansing. Stand in empty bathtub and with your hands, cup some of the spiritual bath mix and pour it on the head, then next the back of neck and keep splashing on the body, working your way down, brushing off all negative energy away from you, work your way down to your feet. When done, you can fill the tub with warm water and pour remainder of the mix into the tub and soak in it, setting intentions cleansing off all negativity. OR you can pat dry. You should feel refreshed and an overall feeling of positivity.
