Or may be a marketer who is ready to promote Ogbele.com to sellers and buyers of lawful products or services offline or online.
Have a valid Nigerian bank account for commission payments.
Ogbele.com reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2) Right
We have every right to remove all your earnings from your affiliate account immediately we find any suspicious activity. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
We have every right to decline your payment or remove you from our Affiliate programme anytime or day if we find any suspicious activity on your account.
Renewal Commission Policy
Affiliates currently earn commissions on all referred user renewals.
Ogbele reserves the right to modify or discontinue renewal commissions at any time to maintain program sustainability.
Any such changes will be communicated clearly in advance via email or app notification.
3) Affiliate Obligations
As a participant, you agree to:
Promote Ogbele.com products and services in an honest and ethical manner.
Use only the approved promotional materials or your own relevant and lawful content / materials and affiliate links or code provided by Ogbele.com.
Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Ogbele.com.

4) Commission and Payment

The commission rate will be communicated on your affiliate dashboard and may vary based on category or campaign.
Payments are made via bank transfer to the account details provided during withdrawal process.
Ogbele.com may withhold commissions for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5) Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising methods.
Bid on Ogbele.com-branded keywords on search engines (e.g., "Ogbele" + "discount").
Create websites or social profiles that impersonate Ogbele.com.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions and any lawful action can be taking against you if the need arises.

Ogbele.com grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use its logos, videos, fliers, banners, and links solely for the purpose of promoting Ogbele.com as an affiliate. All intellectual property rights remain with Ogbele.com.
7) Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Ogbele.com reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, you must remove all Ogbele.com affiliate links and promotional content.
8) Limitation of Liability
Ogbele.com is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
9) Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10) Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates agree to:
Promote Ogbele honestly and respectfully
Avoid spammy or misleading promotions
Refrain from harming Ogbele’s reputation in any way.
11) Termination
Ogbele may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent behavior.
12) Ending of programe
We have every right to stop this affiliate programme anytime we feel like ending it.
13) Changes to Terms
